Writer's Week at Fremd High School

I’ll be back for my 5th (or is it 6th?) year at Fremd High School’s dazzling, devastatingly inspiring Writer’s Week. What high school do you know of that has a booster club for poets and writers? Gwendolyn Brooks, Billy Collins, Nikki Giovanni…the list of presenters over the years is sick and I’m proud to be on it.

I saw you at this event first period on Thursday. It was basically amazing. Everyone loved it. You did such a great job and it was magnificent. This was my last year at Fremd, and I must say your performance was my favorite Writer’s Week moment. So thanks!
